  Originally I booked my outboard in for a 100 hour service for the 09/06/2014. On the 03/06/2014 I received a phone call from SAL apologising but the engineer who was to carry out the service would in fact be on holiday from the 9th so would it be okay to rebook the service for the 30/06/2014. Reluctantly I agreed. So on the 30th the outboard was taken to them for the service. It is now the 15/07/2014 and Im still waiting to get the outboard back. I have been given several excuses for the delay including waiting for parts. Problem is that for a 100 hour service no parts are changed just checked. Ive been unable to use my boat for this entire period. To say that Im unhappy would be a understatement. Im have lost all confidence in this company and its ability to carry out the work that I had trusted them to carry out. This is one company that I urge you to avoid.
